Utilise yoga & meditation techniques to dissolve fear blocks that can hinder smooth transitions and transformation. We will explore reflective practice, journal writing, as well as movement, meditation, mantra and deep sound healing to help soothe the nervous system. This is a workshop to help develop presence, a deeper sense of self-awareness, and the ability to navigate change with greater ease.
